I made this card for a "raining card." It's Edwin with champagne and glasses ready to celebrate New Year's Eve!The black background paper has a sparkle design. I used copic markers to color in Edwin, framed him in red, with red ribbon embellishment. Stamped "Celebrate", cut out with a circle punch, and then framed that in red scallop.
